2004 Babcock Cabernet Sauvignon 'New Epoch' Reserve

For a cab, this is a pretty poor showing - for a zinfandel, it's quite good. Unfortunately it is a cab, but I don't understand why, as it has all the fruit, heat, and finish of a young zinfandel from Sonoma County.
